The modelling scene in North Korea
Fashion and modelling in North Korea are largely state-controlled, and international participation is very limited.
Online contests have become a real door into modelling in North Korea: your votes prove you have an audience, and your profile doubles as a portfolio scouts can browse any time.
How the North Korea model contest works
Every point you earn counts in all your contests at once: Pyongyang (or your own city), North Korea, Asia, the world, and each category you picked. Rounds close every day, week, month and year, so there is always a new title to win.
- Votes โ anyone can vote once a day; confirmed members' votes count more.
- Shares โ every new person who opens your link on WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook or Instagram earns you points.
- Comments, likes and followers โ fans keep your profile alive.
- Cover Battle โ your photos face other models head-to-head.
- Daily check-ins and missions โ showing up every day pays.
