The modelling scene in Cape Verde
Modelling in Cape Verde is a small scene centred on Praia and Mindelo, with work in tourism campaigns, local fashion and pageants.
From Praia to Santa Maria, Cape Verdean models use ModelContest as their online portfolio, their comp card and their shot at a title — all free.
How the Cape Verde model contest works
Every point you earn counts in all your contests at once: Praia (or your own city), Cape Verde, Africa, the world, and each category you picked. Rounds close every day, week, month and year, so there is always a new title to win.
- Votes — anyone can vote once a day; confirmed members' votes count more.
- Shares — every new person who opens your link on WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook or Instagram earns you points.
- Comments, likes and followers — fans keep your profile alive.
- Cover Battle — your photos face other models head-to-head.
- Daily check-ins and missions — showing up every day pays.
